These Terms supplement the Ecosystem Terms of Service and apply specifically to libertysprinciplespals.com.

1. Children's Use

Liberty's Principles Pals is designed for children ages 4–8 under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By allowing your child to use this website, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and that you consent to your child's use of the site.

The Terra AI chatbot feature requires parental consent before use by any child under 13 years of age, as required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

2. Terra AI Chatbot

The Terra chatbot is an AI-powered educational assistant that teaches children about America's founding principles. When using Terra, please understand:

• AI-generated responses: All of Terra's responses are generated by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). Responses may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate despite our safety measures.
• Not a substitute for education: Terra is a supplemental educational tool. It does not replace parental guidance, classroom instruction, or professional educational resources.
• Parental supervision recommended: We recommend that children use the Terra chatbot with a parent or guardian nearby.
• Content limitations: Terra is designed to discuss only topics related to civic education, American founding principles, and the Garden of Good Ideas book series. It will decline to discuss unrelated topics.

3. Intellectual Property

All characters (Ande, Sam, Grandma Dolores, Scout, Buzz, Flora, Terra), illustrations, book content, and the "Garden of Good Ideas" brand are owned by Liberty's Principles Media LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Educational resources offered for free download on this site are licensed for personal and classroom use only. Commercial redistribution is not permitted.
